ADOPTED RULE REVIEWS

Adopted Review of 19 TAC Chapter 100, Charters, Subchapter A, Open-Enrollment Charter Schools, and Subchapter B, Home-Rule School District Charters
Summary: The SBOE finds that the reasons for adopting Subchapters A and B continue to exist and readopts the rules. TEA received no comments related to the review. No changes are necessary as a result of the review.
