TSDS Rollout Plan
and the Education Service Centers (ESCs) have completed the TSDS Rollout Plan, which
breaks the statewide TSDS implementation into an early adopter stage and two full production release stages.
TSDS Status Update
Limited Production Release (LPR) LEAs have been successfully transitioned from hosting at Region 10 to hosting by TEA. Both LPRs and dashboard early adopters have been loading to and using the dashboards.
The first release of TSDS PEIMS rolled out to
the early adopters in June 2014.
Some dashboard early adopters began using the ODS and the dashboards in January/February 2014, as well as using associated systems, like TIMS, and 60 more will have implemented by then end of 2014.
Select LPRs began adopting TSDS PEIMS in 2014. PEIMS Early Adopters will begin using PEIMS in 2014/15, during which they will parallel test the TSDS system against legacy EDIT+. Note that collections submitted through TSDS will not be official during this first year; early adopters must still submit their files through EDIT+ to comply with state policy.

The previous deployments were the
limited production releases (LPRs).
Seven LEAs implemented prototypes of
the studentGPS® Dashboards, during which our team
collected feedback and made improvements in response to user requests.
