Withdrawal of Proposed New 19 TAC Chapter 130, Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for Career and Technical Education, Subchapter H, Health Science, §130.210, Human Body Systems (One Credit)  

Proposed new 19 TAC Chapter 130, Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for Career and Technical Education, Subchapter H, Health Science, §130.210, Human Body Systems (One Credit), was published in the May 24, 2013, issue of the Texas Register (38 TexReg 3257). The proposal would have added new §130.210 as an additional option to satisfy the fourth science graduation requirement. Notice of the withdrawal will be published in the December 13, 2013, issue of the Texas Register.
