Receipt of payment does not guarantee approval. Please follow directions carefully. If any required information is omitted, the proposal will not go forward in the review process. If approved to move forward for final approval by the State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC), the Executive Summary will be printed in the SBEC meeting agenda. Please allow four to five months from date of submission for final approval.
