Investment Capital Fund (ICF) Grant Program Cycle 19
The following applicants have been preliminarily selected to receive a grant for the Investment Capital Fund (ICF) Grant Program Cycle 19.
Program Purpose
The primary objective of this grant program is to improve academic performance through the following program goals:
A) train school staff, parents, and community leaders to understand academic standards;
B) develop and implement effective strategies to improve student performance;
C) organize a large constituency of parents and community leaders who will hold the school and school district accountable for achieving high academic standards; and
D) engage in ongoing planning to help ensure the success of the grant program school day.
