To register as a provider for Independent School District (ISD) board member and officer continuing education, please complete the Registration Application Form. This form can be saved to your local hard drive, edited with MS Word, and e-mailed back to TEA (Ronald.Rowell@tea.state.tx.us) or printed, filled in manually, and mailed back to TEA.
NOTE: This same form can be used for Charter School board member and officer training.
