• Correlation Charts (please complete the appropriate charts from this list) 
• Generalist EC-6 Matrix A (for programs NOT previously approved to offer Generalist EC-4 AND Generalist 4-8)  
• Generalist EC-6 Matrix B (for programs already approved to offer Generalist EC-4 AND Generalist 4-8)  
• LOTE EC-12 (Languages Other Than English) Matrix A (for programs NOT previously approved to offer certification in any foreign language)
• LOTE EC-12 (Languages Other Than English) Matrix B (for programs previously approved to offer certification in any foreign language)
• Social Studies 7-12/History 7-12 Matrix B (PDF, 133KB) (for programs previously approved to offer Social Studies 8-12 or history 8-12)
