Staff Salary Subsystem
The Foundation School Program (FSP) System Staff Salary subsystem is used by school districts, charter schools, regional education service centers, and transportation co-ops to submit employee counts for use in calculating each entity's staff salary allotment. The amount of each entity's allotment is based on the number of district employees who are not administrators or employees subject to the minimum salary schedule. The entity receives $500 for each full-time employee who meets these criteria and $250 for each part-time employee who meets them.
Note: Staff employed by a fiscal agent or a charter school that is contracted to run a school district campus should be reported by the fiscal agent or charter school.
