2013-2014 Maximum Entitlements: Special Education Consolidated Grant Application

Maximum entitlements for the programs included in the 2013-2014 Special Education Consolidated Grant Application are now available for local educational agencies (LEAs) to view and download.

LEAs may select from two consolidated reports to locate their maximum entitlement amounts. One report is sorted alphabetically by LEA name, and the other is sorted by education service center region number and alphabetically by LEA. The reports are as of February 3, 2014, and are subject to change.

LEAs Potentially Eligible to Voluntarily Reduce IDEA-B LEA MOE

LEAs may be eligible to voluntarily reduce their IDEA-B LEA MOE amount if:
1) the LEA received an increase in their current year federal allocation compared to the prior year;
2) the LEA received “meets requirements” on the most recent LEA Determinations; and
3) the LEA has not been identified as having significant disproportionality.
