Registration for Public Testimony

Oral Testimony - Please fax registration form (link below) to 512-463-8762 or 512-463-7795 or submit electronically, E-mail SBEC. Testimony is limited to the topics for discussion or action on the agenda; thirty minutes is allocated at the beginning of each meeting for testimony on non-agenda items. The time limit for individual oral testimony is three minutes; the time limit on disciplinary cases is ten minutes. Written material may be submitted the day of the meeting or may be submitted by mail, electronically, or fax to ensure that the board members have an opportunity to review it before the meeting begins.

Written Testimony - Written testimony offered in lieu of oral testimony should be submitted two business days before the meeting to ensure that members have had an opportunity to review it. Please submit by mail, electronic mail, or by fax. It may, however, be submitted no later than thirty minutes prior to the meeting (20 copies). Written testimony should not exceed three pages of double-space text and should be attached to a completed registration form.
