Complaint Process

States must adopt written complaint procedures in accordance with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). These procedures cover the receipt and resolution of complaints alleging violations of law in the administration of NCLB programs.
