ARRA Maximum Entitlements
ARRA maximum entitlementsfor the programs included in the 2009-2010 NCLB Consolidated Federal ARRA/Stimulus Grant Application (SAS#NCLBST10) are available and may be viewed in the postings below. Local educational agencies (LEAs) may select from two consolidated reports to locate their entitlements. One report is sorted alphabetically by LEA name and the other is sorted by Educational Service Center Region number and alphabetically by LEA. This is the maximum amount of funding grantees will receive for the NCLB Consolidated Federal ARRA/Stimulus Grant Application. There will not be any additional funding in the 2010-2011 school year.

ARRA Title I, Part A Maximum Entitlement - Additional Information
Additional information is posted below for the ARRA Title I, Part A maximum entitlement amount for the following items related to the Title I School Improvement Program requirements:
20 percent of the LEA’s Title I, Part A maximum entitlement that is available for choice-related transportation and supplemental educational services (SES), and
- the maximum per-pupil amount available for SES based on the LEA's Title l, Part A 2007 Census low-income count and the LEA's maximum entitlement

Change to Project End Date
The project end date of the 2009-2010 NCLB Consolidated Federal ARRA/Stimulus Grant Application has been extended to September 30, 2011. Initial guidance for this application stated that the project end date was to be June 30, 2010, and that any unexpended carryover funds would be applied for in a 2010–2011 Stimulus application. Due to the extension of the ending date to September 30, 2011, a 2010-2011 Stimulus application for carryover funds is no longer applicable.
Amendments
Local educational agencies (LEAs) must amend their 2009-2010 NCLB Consolidated Federal ARRA/Stimulus Grant Application to incorporate maximum entitlement funding. Please refer to the 2009-2010 eGrants Schedule of Instructions for this application, pages 7-11, for more information regarding amendments. The deadline to submit amendments is 5:00 p.m. Central Time, May 2, 2011.
