Revised Planning Amounts
(Now includes Open Enrollment Charter Schools and other Special LEAs)
Revised planning amounts for the 2010-2011 school year have been calculated for the programs included in the NCLB Consolidated Application for Federal Funding (SAS#NCLBAA11) and are provided below in a consolidated report by LEA or Region. Inital planning amounts for special LEAs, including open-enrollment charter schools, South Texas ISD, Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and Texas School for the Deaf, are now available on these reports. The NCLB planning amounts are based on final allocation information released May 21, 2010 by the USDE and the data reported by special LEAs on their respective certified submission of the 2010-2011 SC5010 NCLB Data Request form for Federal Funding.
NOTE: Due to USDE revised allocations, impact of current year charter school participation, and Title I hold-harmless formula update, many LEAs will see a decrease from the Title I, Part A Preliminary Planning Amount to their Title I, Part A Revised Planning Amount.

2010-2011 NCLB Applicant Designation and Certification (ADC)
For LEAs that have not commenced the application process, the 2010-2011 NCLB Applicant Designation and Certification (ADC) form is available in eGrants and is populated with the revised planning amount. The 2010–2011 NCLB ADC form initiates the application process for programs in the 2010–2011 NCLB Consolidated Federal Grant application.
