Revised planning amounts for the NCLB programs listed below are available in the 2009-2010 NCLB Consolidated Application for Federal Funding (SAS#NCLBAA10) and may be viewed in the updated postings below by program. The revised planning amounts are based on updated USDE allocation information for these programs. Planning amounts for Title I, Part D, Subpart 1—State Agency Programs remain unchanged.

Local education agencies (LEAs) which have submitted their SAS#NCLBAA10 may adjust budgets and support schedules as appropriate during the negotiation process.
Additional information is provided in the posting of Title I, Part A revised planning amounts for the following items related to the Title I School Improvement Program requirements:
- 20 percent of the LEA’s Title I, Part A revised planning amount that is available for choice-related
transportation and supplemental educational services (SES), and
- the revised planning per-pupil amount available for SES based on the LEA’s Title I, Part A
2007 Census low-income count and the LEA’s revised planning amount
This posting includes planning amounts for charter schools, South Texas ISD, Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and Texas School for the Deaf. Program eligibility and planning amounts for these LEAs were provided via certified mail on July 24, 2009. Education service centers were also notified of these planning amounts on July 24, 2009.
The Applicant Designation and Certification (GS2230 ADC) form for school year 2009-2010 for the SAS#NCLBAA10 is available on-line through eGrants to begin the application process. The deadline for submitting the ADC form and the SAS#NCLBAA10 is September 1, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
