Effective Date: June 22, 2009.
Amended 19 TAC Chapter 100, Charters, Subchapter AA, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Open-Enrollment Charter Schools, was filed as adopted with the Texas Register under the commissioner's rulemaking authority on June 2, 2009.
The adopted rule actions modify a definition, update statutory citations and Texas Administrative Code references, and remove a provision relating to a repealed rule. The amendments were adopted with no changes from what was published as proposed.
