Amended 19 TAC Chapter 97, Planning and Accountability, Subchapter AA, Accountability and Performance Monitoring, §97.1001, Accountability Rating System, was filed as adopted with the Texas Register under the commissioner's rulemaking authority on July 2, 2009.
The amendment adopts applicable excerpts of the 2009 Accountability Manual. The amendment was adopted with no changes from what was published as proposed.
