The adopted repeal is necessary because of the repeal of the Texas Education Code, §42.2514. The repeal was adopted with no changes from what was published as proposed.

The adopted amendment updates the current rule to reflect statutory changes resulting from the 81st Texas Legislature, 2009. The amendment was adopted with no changes from what was published as proposed.
