Maximum Entitlements
Maximum entitlements for the programs included in the 2010-2011 Special Education Consolidated Application are available and may be viewed through the below links. Local educational agencies (LEAs) may select from two consolidated reports to locate their entitlements. One report is sorted alphabetically by LEA name and the other is sorted by Educational Service Center Region number and alphabetically by LEA.

Amendments
LEAs must amend their 2010-2011 Special Education Consolidated Application to incorporate maximum entitlement funding. LEAs that have not budgeted for their maximum entitlement and/or roll forward by early May 2011 will have budgets adjusted by Texas Education Agency (TEA) staff. TEA staff will add the 2010-2011 maximum entitlement funding to the LEA’s largest budgeted class/object code for the respective grant. LEAs will receive emails regarding the adjusted budgets and revised Notice of Grant Award (NOGA).
Please refer to the 2010-2011 eGrants Schedule of Instructions for this application for more information regarding amendments. The deadline to submit amendments is 5:00 p.m. Central Time, June 15, 2011.
