2012-2013 NCLB Maximum Entitlements

2012-2013 school year No Child Left Behind (NCLB) maximum entitlements are available to local educational agencies (LEAs) to view and download. 

Carefully review the  November 14, 2012, To The Administrator Addressed  announcement concerning important information regarding these maximum entitlements, 2011-2012 NCLB carryover, and critical deadlines for programs of the 2012-2013 NCLB Consolidated Federal Grant application.

 Additional information is posted for the Title I, Part A maximum entitlement amount for the following items related to program requirements for the Title I School Improvement Program:

• 20 percent of the LEA's Title I, Part A maximum entitlement that is available for choice-related transportation and supplemental education services (SES), and
• the maximum per-pupil amount for SES
