NCLB Progress/Compliance Reports

The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) focus is to provide all children with a fair, equal and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education. Through compliance reporting, the U.S. Department of Education is emphasizing accountability to ensure that those students who are disadvantaged achieve academic proficiency.
