Presentation supports, materials, and response modes provide students with access to the assessment tasks and must be preplanned and recorded on the state-required documentation form. A planning template has been developed by the Texas Education Agency to help teachers plan out these sections of the documentation forms. The planning template is recommended as a resource and can be used as a working document throughout instruction. The template is not a state-required document.
